原标题：巴国油以4亿美元价格出售嘉士博股份

　　中国石化新闻网讯 据原油新闻7月30日消息称，据巴西国家石油公司7月29日报道，该公司已同意以20.3亿巴西雷亚尔(4亿美元)的价格将嘉士博天然气分销公司51%的股份出售给Compass公司，后者是巴西能源集团Cosan的子公司。

　　嘉士博拥有19家天然气分销公司的权益，这些公司运营着横跨巴西的1万公里管道，为50多万客户提供约290万立方米/天的天然气。但它的业务与该国最大的天然气分销商 Compass 相形见绌，Compass拥有1.9万公里的天然气网络，服务于圣保罗州94个市的210万客户。

　　巴西国家石油公司正在进行一项全面的撤资计划，旨在通过出售上游、中游和下游非核心资产来筹集资金，以偿还债务，并加大对深水石油项目的投资。本月早些时候，该公司完成了向当地运营商3R Petroleum oil and gas出售8个陆上油气田的交易。

　　Brazil’s Petrobas Divests Stake in Gaspetro for $400 Million

　　Brazilian state oil company Petrobras has agreed to sell a 51% interest in gas distribution holding Gaspetro for BRL2.03bn ($400mn) to Compass, a subsidiary of Brazilian energy group Cosan, the companies reported on July 29.

　　Gaspetro has interests in 19 gas distribution companies operating 10,000 km of pipeline across Brazil that serve over 500,000 customers around 2.9mn m3/day of gas. But its operations are dwarfed by those of Compass, the country's largest gas distributor with a 19,000-km network serving 2.1mn customers in 94 municipalities in the state of Sao Paulo.

　　Petrobras is in the midst of a sweeping divestment programme, aimed at raising cash from the sale of non-core upstream, midstream and downstream assets to pay down its debts and invest more in deepwater oil projects. Earlier this month it closed the sale of eight onshore oil and gas producing fields to local operator 3R Petroleum Oil and Gas.

　　Petrobras also noted the deal also formed part of its staged withdrawal from Brazil's gas distribution and transport market, as required under a anti-monopoly order, in order to liberalise the sector.

　　The deal needs regulatory approval to be closed, and it also depends on Japan's Mitsui, which owns the remaining 49% in Gaspetro, waiving its preemptive right to Petrobras' position. Mitsui bought its share in December 2015 for 1.93bn reais.
